Superior Oysters have been aquaculturalists on the Sapphire Coast for the last 14 years after relocating to the Sapphire Coast from Canberra.  They hold oyster leases on Pambula Lake and Merimbula Lake - 2 leading estuaries for high quality Sydney rock oyster production in the state.

They currently supply oysters to Canberra, Sydney & Brisbane and enjoy the challenges of modern aquaculture.  Their focus has always been to produce an outstanding quality oyster which is reflected in their many awards.
